Default Saving Yeast

I just racked a batch into my secondary, and was wondering if I can save any of the yeast for use in a future batch?

yep.
search for 'yeast washing' here or on google. you just need some jars (like mason jars), some sanitized water (boiled then cooled) and remember to be sanitary.
