Will ale yeast that underwent cold lagering temps 29-30*F still be good to wash and reuse?..I thinking hell no..what do you all think?

That's not lagering and more along the lines of freezing. Not sure the yeast would still be viable.

Your answer is yes. Also just search for "Freezing Yeast", lots of us do it. I kept my last yeast cake in a 25*F garage until I was ready to brew the next batch.

hells yea -- just had beer sitting on it. Pull enough to make a starter add some energizer, if the starter ferments you have happy yeast.

You definitely can, and yes that's what lagering. You want it as cold as you can get it without the beer freezing.
I can't be arsed to keep up this list of what's in the fermenters, but hey, check out the cool brewery I own! .. ..
