Simply HB stocks a lot of grain, hops and yeast. The store is bright and clean, with a good parking area. This weekend there will be some brewing demos going on for Home Brew Day.

Just a followup here, since it's been awhile since I originally posted. It was definitely the grain that wasn't crushed fine enough. After increasing how finely I crush it, my mash efficiency went from about the 50% range to around 80% now.
