Last evening, before hitting the sack, I smacked the pack of Wyeast 1968 London ESB with the intent of brewing today. I've never has one take off so quickly. This morning this thing was hard as a rock. Weather and family have comspired to destroy my plans for brewing on the back deck. How can I save the yeast , even for a few days????

It's no problem, just brew when you get a chance and use the yeast then. Make sure you go back and refrigerate it though.

No biggie, just refrigerate and use it when you finally brew. Are you making a starter? If so, it's even less of an issue...
