I read that article on mrmalty.com and I am going to try using the ideas listed. Change all bittering hops to aroma and flavor and use the calculator on tastybrew.com to bring up the IBUs to were they are supposed to be. I will do 20 min., 10, 0 additions. Have any of you used this method and how did it turn out? I am not a bitter loving type of guy like some here are, but certainly an aroma and flavor type.
