Is there any sheer connection between the kettle and yoke that will prevent the kettle from slipping once it's filled and going through thermal cycles?

Cheers!

Is there any reinforcement of the kettle at the spot where the winch hooks to it? From the pictures it looks like the cable is more or less pulling straight down, which of so, i going to put a ton of stress on the kettle wall. The roller looks to move the cable out a little and allow some pull out, but still mostly down. I'd hate to see the kettle all loaded up and the winch rip the ring off the kettle the first time it gets used.
