Default Control Panel, 2 circuits, RIMS and boil kettle

I'm in the process of gathering parts for my electronic brewery control panel build, and looking to get some feedback and suggestions. I will be controlling two heating elements on two separate circuits, a 20A 120V circuit for a 1500W RIMS tube and pump, and a 240V 30A circuit for a 5500W brew kettle element and pump. Both circuits are GFCI protected.

The parts list for the 120V 20A circuit:

20A flanged receptacle for element power cable
2x 120V 30A Auberins SPDT Mini Power Relay for circuit power and element power
15A 120V twist lock receptacle for pump power
XLR panel mount connector for temp probe
CD101 PID temperature controller
40A SSR
2 position illuminated selector switch for circuit power
2x illuminated maintained pushbutton switch
Digital dual display amp/volt panel meter with current transformer http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Digital-AC-Du...ht_3430wt_1108
various 12, 14 and 22 gauge wire

For the 240V 30A brew kettle circuit:
250V 30A flanged receptacle for element power cable
15A 120V twist lock receptacle for pump power
XLR panel mount connector for temp probe
CD101 PID temperature controller
40A SSR
2x 3 pole contactor with 120V coil, for circuit power and element power

Sestos B3S timer
120V 22mm flashing buzzer
2x 4 position 30A terminal blocks
2 position illuminated selector switch for circuit power
3x illuminated maintained pushbutton switch

Momentary push button switch for timer reset
Digital dual display amp/volt panel meter with current transformer
various 10, 14 and 22 gauge wire

I have attached a diagram of the panel layout and the circuit. I have not yet added the wiring for the PID->alarm, I'll do that last, most likely.

Does anyone see any problems with this set up, or have any suggestions for improvement? Sorry for the long post.

How did you make out with this? It's very similar to what I'd like to do...

It worked out very well. I had a thread going over at the Electric Brewery forum

Here's a pic of it working:
