fermentation is going pretty good right now but I'll just have to wait and see how it turns out. I did order some ec1118, and fermaid k to get me started on my next batch. But I think I'm going to go ahead and get some more equipment from the lbs today.

That is so true but honestly I just spent a couple of hundred dollars to make it more like rocket science lol I really just got wrapped into this hobby. But on the other hand I now have everything I should ever need to make wine, well other than the patience and skills lol I think I will be a life time member of this forum in a couple of days lol just need my pay check hahaha
