New To The Brew

Hey everyone

I am basically brand new to the home brew scene. I have had a kit before and made the error of following directions line for line without reading ahead to the bottling part. So the brew stayed in the fermenter until I got around to pouring it out. However, I did the smell and taste test before dumping and it passed. Anyway, I look to gain as much knowledge as I can from all of you while at the same time do my reading on this end.
