So the last 3 kegs the head of my beers have changed from perfect to a thick ice cream type of head about 1/2 way through the keg, it's like that for awhile then it seems to go away once it gets down to be last 5-10 beers, any thoughts?

If I am drinking the keg slow mine seem to get more carbonated when they get below half, maybe that is what is happening.

It doesn't seem more carbonated, but that could be a posibility

Is the keg carbed from the start or when you get down to those last beers

Carbed from the start, using priming sugar, I'm going to force carbonate the next one to see if there is a difference
