The oats are pretty oily- they are actually bad for head retention, although they do give a creamy mouthfeel. My oatmeal stouts have pretty lousy head retention unless I use a lot of flaked barley.
I can't be arsed to keep up this list of what's in the fermenters, but hey, check out the cool brewery I own! .. ..
