It's pretty simple, I used the following style of container;



and drilled a hole in the smaller of the two bungs for an airlock / blow-off tube. The larger bung is where I put my funnel and pitch my yeast from. I also installed a spigot on the bottom for racking and taking samples. It's sort of a PITA to clean but is accomplish-able utilizing both bungs and a long bendy carboy brush. This is probably about the 7th batch of brew I've made with it so far. Needless to say, I'm only making top cropping beers in it, since I'd need a fairly large fridge / chamber If I wanted to lager it.
