does anyone know of some good sources for honey if Central Texas? i would like to have as many varieties as possible. tia

We have a member who is a bee keeper, he has excellent honey. Here is his addy......I think he ships.....12 lbs is like $20 or so. He also makes great meads too...

You can try that link. There's a Texas list in there. It's where I found some cheap honey in my area. I could only find clover and alfalpha honey around where I live, but perhaps you can find some different types of honey in Texas.

Austin homebrew also has "Light blend of local Texas honeys" @ $3.49/LB.

I get mine from a local guy here in IL for $18/gal.
I just used a gal and made a batch of mead not more than 1 hour ago...
6.5 gals, OG 1.070 @ 88F...now the loooonnnngggg wait!

I still have a peach melomel to bottle....
