Hi All,
I wanted to know how long I can keep Campden tablets in my 5 Gallon toasted Oak Barrel I used to make my Barley Wine. It has been closed and liquod free for about 2 months and was used to brew 5 gallons of excellent Barley Wine.
I just added the tablets today and closed it back up. Can I just leave it alone with the tablets and water until I ready to use it again? Thanks for the help .
