This looks very good! I've been meaning to brew a nelson sauvin pale ale but wasn't sure if it should be a single-hop beer or not. I have used NS in a German wheat beer, more of a weizen bock really, of about 25 IBUs and 7.3 ABV. Added Hersbrucker at 60, then divided the same amount of NS and added at 30 and 10 minutes. I can taste the NS, especially as the beer warms up a bit. Perhaps the berry and white wine flavors come from using this hop in the bittering. Have you tried combinations with other hops? How would those recipes compare to this one in terms of highlighting the NS hop flavor/aroma? I ask because this is a very unique hop, and have not found much information on usage online with regards to different time additions affect flavor.
