Default Cold Conditioning a Dubbel

Hey everyone. I'm new to home brewing and this is my first time posting on this site. Can anyone help me out with how to cold condition a Belgian Dubbel?

You can do it in carboy, or in bottle. I age my beers in a temp controlled freezer @ 40 degrees, they get better and better.
