Ok new to brewing and want to do a maple wheat ale. My question is after the 7 day of 1st fermenting it says to move to a secondary and 3 days before bottling, prime the beer with the same strain of yeast used to start with.
1. Can I just add the yeast when I move it to the 2nd
2. Am I add yeast to the /be because of the high gravity of this brew (og 1.083-1.084)
