Built this thing this weekend. I've been setting up to have CIP capability with my brewery, so I incorporated cam locks with a CIP spray ball from Brewers hardware that I can swap out on the washer or use it in the kettle.

Parts List


6 gallon bucket
Homer lid

1/2"F x Male camlock

1/2"M x female camlock

1/2"F NPT spray ball

12" x 1/2" PCV nipple

1" PVC cross

3 1"x1/2"NPT threaded reducer
1 1"x3/4" NPT threaded reducer
1 3/4"NPT X 3/4" hose adapter

2 1/2"x3/8" reducing coupling
2 3/8"x 1/4" barb

24" 1/4" tubing

2 1/4" barb to Flare fitting

1 1/4" Flare Liquid disconnect

1 1/4" Flare gas disconnect
