Small Beer Inquiry - Here are my ingredients, lil help !
Hey all, so I brewed a big Russian Imperial Stout this weekend.
I continued to collect additional runnings parti-gyle style, for a small beer.
I collected about 6 gallons of 1.022 wort. It's dark as night, beautiful.
However, I have some random ingredients, and would like some help on what to do with this beer. I kept it in a bucket overnight, and will boil for the small beer tonite. So, this is what I have....How should I build this beer???
6 Gallons Black 1022 Wort
1 oz Fuggle
1 oz Cluster
1 oz Columbus
1 oz Hallertau (aromatic)
1 Fairly decent Kolsch yeast starter
I feel like there's something cool in here... any thoughts on how to put this together?
