Could someone post some pictures or walk me through how to start and the basic process? The sticky doesn't seem to have pictures anymore and I am more of a visual learner. Thanks in advance.

here's the wiki for the cheese forum i belong to:

http://cheeseforum.org/articles/

cheese making can get just as complicated as brewing, but there are easy cheeses that you can start with. it all depends on what you are trying to make.
