Quick question as I have never had this happen before. I keep my isinglass, in concentrate form, in the refridgerator in my grain room. On this occasion it would appear I had the bottle pushed right up against the cooling element in the refridgerator, and when I came to get it, it had frozen solid.
Not wanting to risk ruining my latest batch, I binned it. The question is, did I waste perfectly good isinglass? My gut told me it probably didn't do it any good being frozen, but then again, did it actually do it any harm?
If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated, even if it is just to satisfy my curiosity.
