Found this at the thrift store.

Pyrex: check
2L: check
Convenient handle: check
Flat bottom works with stir plate: check
Legal in Texas: check

They actually had some 3L coffee pots there but they werent labeled as Pyrex.

Careful there may be residues of psychotropic alkaloids in that!

Even better! You're not going to get that from a commercial erlenmeyer flask, that's for sure.
