Default Anybody have BBQ 25?

If so, would you be willing to share APL's wings recipe? I used to have a copy, but it was my old roommate's and he has since moved out. Really want to cook these for the Superbowl.

Nope, I think that one is from his other book, Serious Barbecue. I found that one while searching for his recipe from BBQ 25. But since I can't find that one, I'm going with that hot wing recipe, slightly tweaked. Going to mix Sweet Baby Ray's with Texas Pete for a little sweet and spicy character. Everything else will stay the same, even the aluminum pan usage and the herb brush. Can't wait to see how these turn out!

Thanks!

Sounds like a winner... have fun! I like the idea of the dry rub.
