Nope, I think that one is from his other book, Serious Barbecue. I found that one while searching for his recipe from BBQ 25. But since I can't find that one, I'm going with that hot wing recipe, slightly tweaked. Going to mix Sweet Baby Ray's with Texas Pete for a little sweet and spicy character. Everything else will stay the same, even the aluminum pan usage and the herb brush. Can't wait to see how these turn out!
