So I'm getting ready to enter my first competition, it's a regional thing put on by my homebrew club. The maltose falcons. And I was curious to ask what type of things I can expect and should be prepared for.
I plan in brewing an imperial stout, my house amber and either an IPA or maybe dubbel. Haven't decided that yet.
