Which is better? I be noticed iodaphor stains equipment and stars an leaves bubbles in carboy a

Both are great. I use both.

Both are great sanatizers
Maybe your using to much iodophor if its staining your equipment.
Bubbles are ok with starsan.
Both are no rinse sanatizers

I like starsan because if the ph is balanced it will last a while in a spray bottle. I usually mix a gallon batch at a time with distilled water.
I use iodophor for bottling so I don't end up with a kitchen full of starsan bubbles :-)
