I have decided I am going to brew this one next. It comes from "Clone Brews" page 47. Has anyone brewed it? How did it turn out?

i find that most of the Clone Brews and Beer Captured recipes don't turn out quite like what they are claiming to clone...

BUT!...they've always come out as fantastic beers fitting to the style

haven't tried the affligem, sorry.

Love Affligem. I've tried the Hoegaarden clone from Beer Captured, both the extract and all grain versions. Not exactly like the original, but honestly better, IMO. Let me know how it turns out. I don't really have a way to cold lager and I think that recipe calls for it.

I see this is a rather old thread. But I am brewing that beer now and have made a thread about it. Just put it into secondary today. How did it turn out?
