I did wait until the fruit sugars fermented out and head fell back in before I gave it my first little swirl, it was just buggin me to have all those berries sitting up above the beer-line when the whole point of having them in there was so that they would be in solution.. But it sounds like I haven't damaged it much or (hopefully) at all... will keep the swirling to an absolute minimum in the future!
