1# crystal 60
.5# flaked oats
.5# roasted barley
6# marris otter Lme
Nottingham ale yeast or us-04 or wyeast Irish ale...not sure yet.
While in primary for 2 weeks, soak 2 sliced vanilla beans and 4oz cacao nibs in 2 cups of jameson for 2 weeks. Put mixture in secondary vessel and rack beer on top. Leave 2 additional weeks in secondary.
