Yeast: Safeale 04
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.013
IBU: 43.3
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 12.2
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 @ 70 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 @ 70 degrees
Tasting Notes: Best beer I have made.

7.5 lbs Two Row
2 lbs Munich
1 Lb Rye Malt
8 oz wheat malt
8 oz Special B
1 oz Centennial Hops 60 minute
1/2 oz Cascade 30 minute
1/2 oz Cascade 15 minute
Whirlflock tablet 15 minute
Safeale 04

I have a grand-daughter named Riley, so I made this in her honor. It has been a great beer but didn't last too long. Great head retention and lacing. Will be doing this again soon, but will hop it up a little more.
