With O2 brett can produce some acetic acid.

I did an all brett (trois and c) RIS a few months ago and oxygenated as much as I would with sacc on a beer that big. It is very noticeably tart. It's pretty tasty, though, and keeps getting better in the bottle. I'm guessing that in 6 months to a year it'll be really delicious.

I'm under the impression that WLP645 isn't pure brett C, but also has two lacto strains and pichia.
The only thing worse than dumping beer is serving beer you should have dumped.
