Tossed in dregs from a Berliner weisse about a week ago, so we will see if there's still anything for the lacto to take hold of. A friend has a cherry tree that's ripe... I haven't had the time or money to get ingredients to make a kriek, so I think I may go pick some and toss them in here. They're free and available, so what the heck?
