Just add the Irish moss at 15 minutes.

FYI, it's not totally necessary so if you forget don't trip.

Primary:Farmhouse Triple, Simcoe Session IPA, 100% Brett Brux IPA
Conditioning: Willamette English Pale Ale

I am not sure if any one really cares for a follow up but I did the sugar solution and it worked out amazingly. It did seem a little bit watered down. But i think 2 cups is to much water for my 8 liters of beer. I am going to try 1 cup next time but overall the sugar solution worked out GREAT, the racking worked out GREAT also. I used another Mr. Beer keg as my bottling bucket and that worked out perfectly!
