*EDIT* The O.G. should be 1.080 - can't edit that for some reason. I knew I shouldn't have tried to enter this on my iPad...

13 pounds 2-row malt (2.0 SRM)
1.5 pounds Munich Malt 10L (10.0 SRM)
1 pound Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM)
0.75 pounds Carafoam (2.0 SRM)
0.75 pounds Crystal Malt 60L (60.0 SRM)

6.38 gallons water @ 163.7 strike for 75 minutes
4.62 gallons water @ 168 batch sparge

Hop schedule:
0.75 ounce Simcoe [13.5%] - 60 minutes
0.75 ounce Amarillo [8.5%] - 30 minutes
0.75 ounce Citra [14.1%] - 30 minutes
1.00 ounce Amarillo [8.5%] - 15 minutes
1.00 ounce Citra [14.1%] - 10 minutes
1.00 ounce Cascade [8.3%] - 10 minutes
1.00 ounce Amarillo [8.5%] - 1 minute
1.00 ounce Citra [14.1%] - 1 minute

Dry Hop for 10 days after fermentation ends:
1.25 ounce Simcoe [13.5%]
1.25 ounce Amarillo [8.5%]
1.25 ounce Citra [14.1%]
