I have a milkstout that i brewed, and I would like to add a bit more lactose to the beer. I was wondering what is the best way to accomplish this. The beer is already in the keg and is carbonated. Am I able to simply boil a water lactose concoction up, and dump it in the keg? or is it going to foam like crazy when this happens. If you have a better way of doing this feel free to let me know!
