Default apfelwein question

After I rack my apfelwein can I just pour sugar and juice over the lees for another batch ? Should I pour some lees off?

I plan to use pasteurized apple juice and dissolve sugar by boiling it. I will add raisins as nutrient. Has anyone done this?

Yes, that will work. Good idea with the raisins for nutrient, but think about adding a little nutrient powder too if you can! :-)
