Who has tried one? Good or bad?

I've found many recipes for various flower based meads or wines. While I think the idea is very interesting I worry they will end up tasting like soap/perfume.

Hibiscus would be the exception, as they have a citrus-y taste and not much smell.

So for anyone who has made and/or tasted one, how was it? Worth making?

Yeah I was thinking about making a jasmine mead and haven't read anything about it. If anyone knows anything about that I'd like to know too.

I have used jasmine tea in a sweet mead in the past as well as a semi-sweet. The semi-sweet came out a bit medicinal for my taste but the sweet was quite good. Sadly I don't have a good recommendation for amount and time... :-(

Elderflower and dandelion are AWESOME in mead.
