I am almost done with the second book and savoring every page dreading the time when I have to wait for the new one to come out.

I will take more pics this week of the fermentation room but for now here is a pic of yesterday's super bowl of brewing.

Another fermentation room shot. Low light cause I don't want to scare the yeast away

On the right is "Lonestar" the chocolate raspberry stout and on the right in the conical is our founders breakfast stout which is secondary currently on 2.5oz of Kona coffee.
