What homebrew shop are you going to pester to weigh out all of the one- and two-ounce grain portions?

Dear sweet baby Jesus... I'd be interested to know how this turns out.

It looks like you're using Beersmith by the looks of your brewsheet printout? If so, at least you can use that timer to remember when to put in everything during the boil. Good luck!
Primary - Amber Ale
Secondary - English Barleywine, Saison, Rye Ale
On Tap - IPA, Extra Pale Ale
Bottled - Wheat, Bourbon Barrel Porter

Come on now! You can't find four more ingredients, you have to use four brands of bottled water?!?

Multiple yeast strands? A doughnut in the mash? You could really cheat and use a pre-blended hop variety although that would be worse than the bottled water.

Add in an ounce of 4 different sugars to get you to a real 40 ingredients instead of the bottled water bull.

Anyone try the Bells 10000. It supposedly had 100 different fermentables and 60 hop varieties. 40 is nothing.

No but it sounds like its definetely worth a try. Im sure its gonna be good
