Anyone have a solid one yet they've tried or heard was good? The BYO one listed here and from other threads seems to have mixed/negative reviews :

Not sure if it's close but this is the most popular group brew on another site.
I've got this fermenting right now

Making Mack and jack today.....

.5 lbs. Honey Malt
.25 lbs2-Row Caramel Malt 80L; Briess
1 lbsMaris Otter; Crisp
.5 lbs2-Row Carapils® Malt; Briess
3 lbsDry Wheat; Muntons
3 lbsMunich Liquid; Alexanders
1.1 ozCentennial - 9.3 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
.25 ozCentennial - 9.3 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min
.5 ozCascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; added dry to secondary fermenter

.5 ozOrange Peel (dried) - 20 min left in boil (omitted from calculations)

WLP004 Irish ale yeast
NOTE: I've made this many times using S04 dry yeast. Turned out great every time.
5.25 gallons in carboy
2.5 gallon boil
OG was suppose to be 1.054, came out .055.
Excellent.
The Nuwave PIC is a huge advantage with controlling temp for steeping grains
Have always been around 10 points low for OG.
