Default Someone with a beer program or who has brewed a scottish wee heavy

Recipe-14 lb Golden LME
0.5lbsEnglishMediumCrystal
- 0.375lbsBelgianBiscuit
- 0.125lbsEnglishRoastedBarley
1oz northern brewer @ 60 min
White labs edinburg scottish ale yeast starter.
OG @ 75 degrees was 1.083 with correction and im trying to find out what my FG should be. Please any info will help.

1.083 @ 75F = 1.085 corrected

5 gallon batch 1.027 (OG should be 1.106)
6 gallon batch 1.023 (OG should be 1.089)

OG was 1.083 corrected like I said. 1.081 uncorrected.

You should finish around 1.020 - 1.023 somewhere in that range.
