You could be in for some great suds when you get that up and running. Are you brewing authentic lagers with those imported European yeast cultures? I sure would if I had space for a system like that.
As it is, I am using a large capacity refrigerator for cold-ageing my beer in the carboys. It holds 4 carboys at a time and I leave it in there for 3 - 4 weeks. What a difference it makes.
