Default Hello from way down south in the land of cotton

I'm not so much a newbie just still an extract brewer. I recently became friends with fellow brewer who opened a home brew shop in town here(Good Luck Mitchell !) . This is the forum he's on so I thought I'd jump on board.

Probably going to all grain on my next brew.

Thanks for looking

Jack
