Default My First Five Gallon Batch

For my first 5 gallon batch I want to make a very easy drinking beer. I met a possible keeper on new years and I want to brew something she would enjoy. Her go-to beer is corona (this is the only thing about her that I wrinkle my nose at...) She is very cute, smart and a blonde..... so I present

UA Special Blonde Ale

Recipe UA Special Blonde Ale Style Blonde Ale
Brewer S. Hirsch Batch 5.00 gal
All Grain (BIAB)

Recipe Characteristics Recipe Gravity 1.050 OG Estimated FG 1.012 FG
Recipe Bitterness 28 IBU Alcohol by Volume 4.8%
Recipe Color 3° SRM Alcohol by Weight 3.8%

Ingredients Quantity Grain Type Use
9.00 lb Two-row (US) Grain Mashed (BIAB)
Quantity Hop Type Time
0.50 oz Cascade - Unmistakable grapefruit aroma and flavor, signature hop of many American ales Pellet 0 minutes
0.25 oz Cascade - Unmistakable grapefruit aroma and flavor, signature hop of many American ales Pellet 1 minutes
0.25 oz Cascade - Unmistakable grapefruit aroma and flavor, signature hop of many American ales Pellet 15 minutes
1.00 oz Cascade - Unmistakable grapefruit aroma and flavor, signature hop of many American ales Pellet 60 minutes
Quantity Misc Notes
1.00 unit Wyeast 1056 - American Ale™ Yeast Temperature Range: 60°-72° F (ABV 10%) Med-Low Floculation
0.25 unit Irish Moss Fining

Since this is my first 5 gallon I decided on creating a smash recipe as I believe in K.I.S.S.

I would welcome any comments or suggestions. Oddly I put the recipe into both Beersmith and QBrew. Everything is the same except BS has the IBU at 17.9 where QB has it at 28....I created the recipe in Beersmith.

Anyway, I use the turkey fryer pot for my boil so I can do a full BIAB mash/sparge right in the pot. I guess a question is how much water to use for the Mash. 4.5 gal?
Thanks
