My first year plants in their apartment-style balco-garden:


And here are my two second year plants in my parent's backyard:


All the first year plants came off the second year plants as they tried to make their escape into the rest of the yard :-)

Oh, and then I saved 12 dying Cascade plantlings from the clearance pile of a local garden store. They got added to the balco-garden:

Here is my hop garden. Picture taken today, 1/13/2013. I will trellis to the little used c-band antenna. Still trying to find out if I can grow hops in the southern tip of Texas.

First year cascade... And now I'm addicted! 2013 will be two second year cascade and two first year columbus in an above ground custom built planter.
