Thanks for sharing. I might adapt one or two of your points for my method.

Dig the northern accent, BTW. Reminds me of some of us Yoopers a little bit.
On tap:
1. none 2. Michigan IPL 3. Helles 4. Oatmeal Stout 5.[Nitrogen] Oat Blonde
FV1: American Pale FV2: Brown Porter
1. Brett Ale 2. none 3. none 4. none 5. none
About 28 gallons of beer & 2.5 gallons of mead
Kegged & conditioning:
Rye Barrel aged DIPA, Helles, Kentucky Common, Oatmeal Stout

Thanks for this, I'm just about to assemble my keezer and start kegging. I would have never thought to flip it over into the bucket!

Better yet, build a keg washer and you could have 5 kegs washed in the time it took you to do just one....

I washed 17 kegs in less then an hour....
