So, I've been working on my set up for almost a year. Did about 6 extract batches, before deciding to jump all in to all grain.
Going to do a test run today with some h20 just to make sure everything works.
Got the 3 Converted Kegs (Yes, Purchased Legally from a Local Home Brewer with connections at a new Brewery in the area).
Cutting the tops off was a bit... tougher than i anticipated, have the equipment to polish them up.. but I'm just so eager to get brewing again. Made a yeast starter last night and that only got me more ready to go.
Hoping to have a keggin system ready to go by the time it's done fermenting. No worries, because i have a ton of bottles ready to go.
It's weird but I'm really nervous/anxious to get this set up going. I know I need to just SBRHAHB.
Plan on taking pictures throughout the process and will upload. Any first time all grain advice?
(and yes, I've read the sticky posts over and over again, lol).
