Hi. Have a 1.068 winter warmer extract brew from NB. They say to secondary it for 2 to 4 weeks after a 1 to 2 week primary. I've had it in the primary for 4 weeks (my normal procedure is primary for 3-4 weeks then package) and want to just keg and prime for secondary. Any downside to priming and secondary-ing at the same time?
