I know that there is a huge debate about using secondaries but I wanted to use one so I'm not Trying to start another debate thread...
I sanitized everything really good and when I racked the beer into the secondary there was a good amount of foam from the starsan an once all the foam went away I noticed that there was a sheen on top of the beer, is this normal or should I be worried?
