I've made an imperial nut brown and it had a smoky flavor that got lost in conditioning and it was a bit too sweet. I've made a smoked stout and I loved it. I want to combine the two and ramp up the ABV to get a heavy, nutty, malty, biscuity, smoky big brown.
Here's what I'm thinking, what do you think? I've never been a kitchen sink person when it comes to malts but I wanted to throw it all in this time.
