I really appreciate all the feedback and for my first time I think ill do the lactose, but as soon as I can make a mash tun and get a couple of brews going I'm gonna try an oatmeal stout... Oh and I'm always willing to be a test subject, invade there's any new beers that need drank, I'm definitly a "darker the better" drinker... Thanks again
